Unfortunately, they take advantage of people's special days to rip them off. But what I mean by cheating is NOT SPOITING like that. If they were not ashamed, they would say just leave the left kidney alone. We acted imprudently and did not ask the price when ordering, trusting their sincerity. They normally asked for three times the price that other places give for an engagement bouquet. Is it possible to pay almost 5k for an ordinary bouquet? So people are forced to give. I called to order flowers on Teachers' Day, November 24th. Afterwards, they told me to send whatever flower I wanted from the website. There was a huge difference between the flower I threw and the flower that arrived. Since I sent the money via EFT before the flower, I told them to send me a photo of the flower before the order was sent, but they probably didn't send me the photo of the flower because they knew I would react and they took the order out. The flower had none of the decorations placed next to the rose. When I asked why, they said they were out of stock and they would make up for it in the next order. Also, the roses were very pale and lost their color. I won't buy from you again. So you won't be able to compensate.

The order I placed at 12 o'clock was delivered at 18 o'clock. When I called and asked why it had not arrived, I was told that it was not in the system and that we were sending it urgently, and it was delivered 1.5 hours later. Elazığ is a small city anyway. I don't understand how it is urgent like this. The order speed is very bad, they have no news about the order falling into their system. I'm making corrections, at least they called me later and apologized and offered to make up for it. Yes, there was a problem, but it's a great thing that they followed up and wanted to make up for it.
